Ireland

Ireland is a magical, dreary, beautiful , and mysterious place. I have been trying to shoot photos for my pleasure and personal sanity as much as I can. Here’s a small collection of photos I’ve taken on this curious island thus far. A special thank you to my kind friends who owned vehicles when I did not.

Repeal the 8th Rally

It was International Women's Day on Thursday March 8th, and all genders took to the streets of Galway, Ireland to rally for women's right to choose safe and accessible abortion by repealing the 8th amendment.

Jazz Funeral For Lady Liberty

The morning of Janurary 20th, 2017, we put Lady Liberty to rest in her coffin... as the band played on.

Bridal Shoot at Race and Religious

Race and Religious is a stunning group of old houses set by the river off Tchoupitoulas Road.  This space provided the elegant and historic background to model this gorgeous gown.  I highly recommend this for your next event venue!  Absolutely beautiful.

Kelsey and Barry

These two met in college and have been inseparable ever since.  The morning was rainy, but the clouds parted and the sun shown just in time for their outdoor ceremony under the Tree Of Life in Audobon Park.  Everybody partied down to authentic Indian and also New Orleans music at Cafe Istanbul.

Raimy and Tyler Wedding

This was a perfect spring wedding in the heart of the French Quarter with so many touching moments and a massive second line down Bourbon Street.

Brittany and David

These two good-looking lawyers met each other at college in New Orleans.  I had the privilege of shooting their engagement session in City Park and along the Bayou Saint John.  So many couples were out doing the same thing that day, we had a good laugh at them and at ourselves!

Raimy and Tyler Engagement Shoot

Lovely warm winter day with Raimy, Tyler and their energetic little girl, Isley. This engagement session was great fun.  Can't wait to shoot their April wedding!

Brittney and David

These two!!!!!!!  This small elopement was the bees knees.  We had so much fun walking around the french quarter, taking photos, and reveling in the beauty of everything. This was a wedding close to my heart because I've known David for a few years in Louisville, KY.  They had an intimate and delicious dinner ceremony/toast at Cane and Table. Then I convinced them to have their first dance to a song off the juke box at a dive bar called Big Daddy's.  So fun!  This wedding reflected everything I love about New Orleans.  I know they are having a blast right now in Puerto Rico for their honeymoon.  Love you guys!

Esther and Brad

Esther and Brad were one of those fun, adventurous couples that I love to work with.  We took a lovely stroll through the French Quarter, sat on stranger's porches, climbed balconies and didn't let fences keep us out.  The outdoor courtyard wedding at Maison Dupuy was simply beautiful next to the elegant fountain. And don't forget the second line parade!  These two hinted that they might even come back to New Orleans to see me for another fun shoot!  I sure hope so.  Congrats ya'll!

Jess and Seth

Jessica and Seth have a really special story.  When they first started dating, they would take peaceful walks in these same woods to let them forget about their troubles as they fell deeply in love.  Now they return to this forest after their marriage, and I had the fortune to bond with them and take beautiful pictures of this exceptional couple.

Carrie and Tim

Carrie and Tim celebrated the new year by pledging their love to one another.  The wedding was beautiful and the party was wild.  Dare I say, "Best New Year party EVER?!" What a way to ring in 2014!

Special Thanks to Second Shooter, Janie BenAziz, and assistants Natasha Krider and Aaron Allen.

Ana and Alex

It was a frigid day in Kentucky when I shot this wedding.  But Ana and Alex were so cute, they warmed my heart.  I had so much fun with these two and their photos turned out snowy and delightful.
